These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shopevevic.com (the “Site”) and any products or services offered by EVEVIC (“EVEVIC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or our services.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Will provide accurate and complete information
  • Will use the Site only for lawful purposes

You may not use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Crystal placement, color distribution, and other decorative details may vary slightly between pieces
  • Product images may include styling props that are not included with the purchase

Please review the product title, description, selected options, price, and quantity before completing your order.

If a product contains an error in its description, price, availability, or specifications, we may correct the error and, where appropriate, contact you before fulfilling the order.

4. Jewelry Care and Use

EVEVIC jewelry should be handled and stored with reasonable care.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water and moisture
  • Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping
  • Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, cosmetics, household cleaners, and harsh chemicals
  • Store pieces separately in a dry place
  • Wipe jewelry gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth after wear

Normal wear, improper storage, accidental damage, chemical exposure, and failure to follow care instructions may affect the appearance and lifespan of a product.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance or begin processing it.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject an order
  • Limit quantities per customer, household, payment method, or address
  • Cancel suspected fraudulent or unauthorized orders
  • Correct pricing, inventory, or product information errors
  • Request additional information to verify an order
  • Cancel an order when a product becomes unavailable

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where applicable.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or shipping fees.

The final amount payable will be displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • The information is accurate
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • You authorize the applicable charges

We do not directly store complete payment card numbers.

7. Discounts and Promotional Offers

Discount codes and promotional offers:

  • May be subject to additional conditions
  • May have an expiration date
  • May apply only to selected products
  • May not be combined unless expressly stated
  • Have no cash value
  • May be limited to one use per customer or order

We may modify, suspend, or end a promotion where permitted by law. Orders placed before a promotion begins or after it ends are not eligible for retroactive discounts.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of:

  • Carrier or postal service disruption
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays or peak shopping periods
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an address error, contact support@shopevevic.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins.

Risk of loss passes as determined by applicable law and the relevant shipping arrangements.

9. International Orders, Taxes, and Duties

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by EVEVIC unless expressly collected during checkout.

Customers are responsible for checking local import restrictions and requirements before placing an order.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the order
  • A description of the issue
  • Relevant photographs where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Your statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not affected by these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Site—including text, graphics, branding, logos, product names, photographs, videos, designs, page layouts, and software—is owned by or licensed to EVEVIC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without written permission, you may not:

  • Use EVEVIC trademarks or branding
  • Modify or create derivative works from Site content
  • Use product images for commercial sales or advertising
  • Frame, mirror, scrape, or systematically extract Site content

No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the Site.

12. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content (“User Content”), you confirm that:

  • You own or have permission to submit it
  • It is accurate and based on your genuine experience
  • It does not infringe another person’s rights
  • It is not unlawful, defamatory, misleading, obscene, or abusive
  • It does not contain malicious code or unauthorized advertising

You grant EVEVIC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute the User Content for operating, improving, and promoting our business, subject to applicable law.

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may include services, applications, payment methods, or links provided by third parties.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, privacy practices, security, or content.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

14. Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and services online.

Shopify may process information and provide checkout, hosting, fraud-prevention, analytics, and other functionality according to its own terms and privacy documentation.

15. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or Services:

  • For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • To violate applicable laws or regulations
  • To infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
  • To harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm another person
  • To submit false or misleading information

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EVEVIC and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, Services, or products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold EVEVIC and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses resulting from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Site
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights
  • Content you submit through the Site

This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer protection law.

19. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • War or civil disturbance
  • Government action
  • Labor disputes
  • Transportation or carrier disruption
  • Internet or telecommunications failure

We will make reasonable efforts to reduce the effect of such events.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to EVEVIC’s business operations, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available in your country or region.

If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts or dispute-resolution bodies available in your place of residence.

21. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

22. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

23. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.

We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
